I would highly recommend training with Bill as you will be able to more effectively hit your goals by having a professional deign the training based on your goals and a consistent training frequency. I love not having to come up with the exercises at the gym and knowing that a professional is developing them for me to fit my fitness goals. Bill develops great training plans and changes them often enough such that they always feel novel and push me to new limits. Since quitting skiing competitions, on the first days of the ski season I always felt I did not have the muscle strength and preparation to ski safely and as I wanted. Since I started training with Bill I feel confident on the skies from day one.
